Waitlist process
- If the hike is full you can register to be placed on the waitlist. “Join Waitlist” and if an opening becomes available, the first person that is on the waiting list will be automatically registered and notified by email
- Cancelling a waitlist registration
- Members are unable to cancel their waitlist registration due to a software issue. Please contact info@oakridgestrail.org to request a cancellation.
- If it is after 6 pm the night before a hike, please also contact the hike leader directly
