How to cancel registration
IMPORTANT
Are you cancelling your hike registration after 6 pm? Your hike leader does not receive cancellation updates after 6 pm (day before the hike). You must contact your hike leader directly to advise of your cancellation in advance of the hike start time
- Non-members
- Non-members must contact the hike leader directly to advise that they will not be attending the event
- Members
- Cancelling through the website, select 1) your profile 2) my event registrations 3) event to be cancelled 4) already registered 5) cancel registration
- Cancelling through the WildApricot app 1) select ‘My Events’ 2) select the event to be cancelled 3) select ‘Cancel’ button and confirm
- Cancelling a waitlist registration
- Members are unable to cancel their waitlist registration due to a software issue. Please contact info@oakridgestrail.org to request a cancellation.
- If it is after 6 pm the night before a hike, please also contact the hike leader directly
